A Few Things Worth Knowing
We begin with a Discovery Call.
This is a chance for us to connect, explore what’s bringing you here, and get a feel for whether the space feels aligned before moving forward.
You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for before reaching out.
We can begin with whatever is present for you, even if it's difficult to put into words. The Discovery Call gives us an opportunity to explore your questions and see whether this approach resonates.
There's no fixed number. Some people come during a particular season of life, to explore a specific experience or transition, while others choose to work together over time.
Personal growth isn't a destination we arrive at. As life changes, so do we. New relationships, shifting dynamics, changing circumstances, and different stages of life can reveal new patterns, questions, and layers of ourselves to explore.
We'll find a rhythm that feels meaningful and supportive, with no expectation to continue beyond what feels right for you.
Sessions can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours, though most last between 1 and 2 hours.
The length depends on what we're exploring and what feels appropriate for the work we're doing together. We can discuss session options during our Discovery Call.
Yes, I currently work with both individuals and couples. Some people come on their own. Others come with a partner. Relationships move through different seasons, and support can be valuable not only during times of difficulty, but also during periods of growth, stagnation, transition, or deepening connection.Couples may meet together, separately, or through a combination of both, depending on what feels most supportive.
I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of identities, backgrounds, and life experiences.
Many people who find their way here are navigating questions around intimacy, communication, emotional connection, self-understanding, relationships, or life transitions.
You don't need to be in a relationship, facing a particular challenge, or have previous experience with personal growth work. What matters most is a willingness to be curious about yourself and open to alternative perspectives.
Yes. At this time, all sessions are held online via Zoom, allowing us to connect wherever you're located.
While traditional talk therapy often centers primarily around conversation and cognitive understanding, sessions here may also include embodiment practices, guided inner work, communication exercises, or real-time relational exploration.Rather than only analyzing patterns intellectually, there is space to practice, notice, and experience things more directly in the moment.Although sessions can be emotionally deep and therapeutic in nature, they are intended for personal growth and self discovery. This is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health care.
Yes. Confidentiality is deeply important to me. Sessions are not recorded, and I don't share or publish personal stories from our work without your consent. What you share is held with care, respect, and discretion.
