A health coach is a mentor who empowers you, provides ongoing support, holds you accountable, and offers guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your overall health and happiness.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Do unruly thoughts and emotions keep you from sleeping? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. This includes going into your subconscious mind and body memory to remove the initial charges that have brought about unbalanced patterns and behavior that plagues you. I will work closely with you to understand your needs, your dysfunctions, your expectations, and create a plan that works for you. It's not just about improving wellness; it is about bringing a positive transformation in your life.
