Undergraduate students should complete the following steps by the printed deadline below for the semester they seek admission. Midwestern State has an application fee of $40.00 for new undergraduate students. Returning students pay a $10.00 matriculation fee. Application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. An applicant seeking admission under the fresh start provisions must complete the appropriate form at the Office of the Registrar before registration. The student should carefully consider all provisions of the fresh start program, because after the student has chosen to enroll under this program and has filed the above-mentioned form, the decision cannot be revoked.

Before a transfer student may register, he/she must submit official transcripts from all post-secondary educational institutions and colleges attended regardless of whether transfer credit was earned. Registration cannot be completed until these official transcripts are on file with MSU Admissions. Midwestern State accepts transfer work from accredited institutions.
